This 30-minute class focuses on all the major muscle groups, plus balance and stability to keep you strong and mobile at every stage. We'll use functional movements and a variety of resistance tools that will deliver a balanced, total-body strength, mobility and stability workout, for results you will see and feel. Modifications and enhancements are provided to customize your workout.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Bring water in a non-breakable container & an exercise mat for floor work.
